EAA Chapter 17’s mission is to grow local participation in aviation by promoting the Spirit of Aviation.
Since 2019, the Sky Ranch Youth Aviation Program has aimed to teach youth aviation skills and teamwork to create the next generation of aviators. Our chapter has enjoyed a close relationship with and is heavily invested in the success of this program.
Young Eagles flights are available to youth ages 8-17. EAA Chapter 17 regularly host Young Eagles rallies and arranges individual flights. In addition, through generous local contributions and funds from the EAA Ray Aviation Scholarship fund, we are proud to offer a number of scholarships to deserving candidates each year.
Through generous contributions, our chapter is pleased to be able to offer several scholarships each year. If you’d like to help fund these scholarships, we welcome your donations. You can make a one time donation below or contact us if you’d like to set up recurring payments.
